Welcome to Alameda Lacrosse

Founded in 2010, the Alameda Lacrosse Club is home to the "Alameda Attack". We’re a community-based, recreational youth lacrosse program serving players aged 6-14 years across Alameda and the greater East Bay. We provide a fun, competitive, and supportive environment where kids can learn, grow, and develop a lifelong love for the game.

Programs Offered: Fall Ball & Spring Season

Season Dates

• Fall Ball: Weekends in October & November

  • Anticipated Dates: October 5, 12, 19, 26; November 2, 9

  • Anticipated Times: Girls 2:00–3:30 PM, Boys 3:30–5:00 PM

  • Anticipated Location: Estuary Park

• Spring Season: Late February through mid-May (includes league play across the East Bay)

• U8

• U10

• U14

Practice & Game Structure

• Fall: One day per weekend (games or skill sessions)

• Spring: 1–2 practices during the week and games on weekends
