Lacrosse is a fast-paced sport combining the best elements of soccer, basketball, hockey and more, making it great to play and exciting to watch. While other youth sports are seeing declines in participation, lacrosse is experiencing tremendous growth at the youth and collegiate levels.

Come out to see what all the fuss is about and what makes lacrosse the fastest game on two feet!

The Alameda Lacrosse Club has GIRLS lacrosse teams at the U12, U14 & high school levels and BOYS teams at the U10, U12, U14 & high school levels.

We want players to have fun and to love the game of lacrosse in a positive, supportive environment.

Spring 2022 Registration is Live!

We are excited to announce that our Spring 2022 registration is live!

The Spring season will focus on skill development, team offensive and defensive concepts and fun for all levels through structured practices and NCJLA gameplay. We strongly encourage beginners to join our club and try the sport of lacrosse!

The registration can be found on our website:

A few important notes with this year’s registration:

  1. Please register by December 12th
  2. We will be fielding both boys and girls teams; however, we need this registration to be completed ASAP to best determine what age groups those teams will be.
  3. This registration WILL NOT require payment or player's to enter their USA Lacrosse number. We will open a second registration asking for these items in mid/late December.

Please visit our website ( for more information.

We’re looking forward to a great Spring Season! Go Attack!

Reminder: New 2022 Shoulder Pad Rules

Please be advised that beginning on January 1, 2022 all boys lacrosse players are required to wear shoulder pads that meet the National Operating Committee on Standard for Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE).

This new equipment update is intended to make the sport safer for the players. Product compliance with ND200 reduces impact forces and thus the risk of commotio cordis (cardiac arrest due to a blow to the heart area).

For more information on the new shoulder pad requirements, please click here:

Please check out our local lacrosse stores, as they should be well stocked with compliant shoulder pads for the upcoming season.
